While Bartell isn't exactly one stop shopping, it is worth the trip to stock up on staples.
Every week I make the long trek over the tide flats and up the hill to Twin Lakes/Federal Way. It's an enjoyable drive filled with sawmills, acres of new cars, scrap heaps and landscaping supplies. It's a hell of a lot better than strip malls...
