Who doesn't love a grilled cheese sandwich? Well, at the French Hen Bistro the humble grilled cheese dons a prom dress. Here, it takes the form of a panini ($6.85-$8.10) loaded with cheddar cheese with tomato, mayo and black pepper, served on Asiago cheese bread. Yum-o! As a bonus, the Hen serves a free mini hot fudge sundae.

For those behind in your hen news, this spring the bistro moved down Steilacoom Boulevard into the space formerly occupied by Mocha Moo next to Bowlero Lanes. It still carries the French country motif, only in a much larger space - as well as adding a chocolate bar. All your favorite sandwiches, soups and salads are still on the menu, but the dessert offering have been multiplied. - Jake de Paul
