Every Tuesday, Hell’s Kitchen hosts Tightwad Tuesday. The concept is simple: $2 buys two tacos, or any beer or any well drink. Dinner for $4 is always a good thing. But the crowd further adds to the draw. Regulars include the Dodgeball Tacoma Kabul that goes there to plan the next bout or refine the rules of engagement. And then there is the stock of newly dating or first dates as well as groups just coming to nosh on chicken soft tacos with extra sour cream or folks out to listen to locally crafted metal music without the price of a cover charge.
