Apache Chief was formed in 2009 by three bored kids. Playing shows over the summer and after a switch of drummers Apache Chief has created a unique breed of sonic filth. Influenced by bands like the Reatards, the Melvins, the Hunches, Black Sabbath, Death from Above 1979, Drive Like Jehu, Slint, Dead Boys, the Sonics and Black Flag creating a unique take on the garage rock sound. Known for their dissonant and raw live sound and throwing of candy bars to the audience.
