Will there be one of those really absurd, super-sized pairs of scissors at the official Amocat Café ribbon cutting ceremony? Tough to tell, but there will be healthy doses of Valhalla Coffee, City Councilman David Boe, Mayor Marilyn Strickland, not to mention wine tasting and live music. Though folks have been enjoying Amocat for a while now, this will be a moment of triumph for Tacoma's coffee scene.
