Sustainability. It gets more important by the day. As a culture and society we simply can't go on living the way we have been. Permaculture is a "solutions-oriented approach to sustainable living," - and it'll likely play a roll in getting us out of the mess we've made. Friday, permaculture designer Kelda Miller will be at King's Books discussing the "Ethics of Permaculture" as part of the ongoing Tacoma Permaculture Design Course. The event is open to the public.
[King's Books, 7 p.m., sliding scale $10-$5, 218 St Helens Ave., Tacoma]
