FUN WITH FRANCES >>>
Some people just make you curious. You want to see how their minds work, what their thought processes are. You want to go through their stuff. Now's your chance. Beginning the first Monday in April, Puyallup artist Frances Buckmaster will open her downtown Puyallup artist's studio/gallery for local artists to work together on a regular basis. Space will be available by subscription. A one-session fee will be $15 for three hours of studio time. Those making a prior purchase of 12 sessions will receive a 10 percent discount.
For more details, call Buckmaster at 253.831.6005.

Ron, Thanks for the P.R. about working in my studio on Mondays. Further info: On Thursdays, 6-9 pm, I co-host an Open Studio with professional models and all long poses. Has been so popular that we've almost doubled enrollment after one 3-session series, and had to move to a 2,000 s.f. venue for it, across the street from my studio!

Frances, that's excellent news.

Thank you Frances for this huge studio with the live model. It is a wonderful scene to see all the other artist's drawing or painting. Gage Academy can olny dream to have such a large studio. The best part is, the occational train horn, and I get to step outside into quaint downtown Puyallup, and not the madness of Seattle streets.
