MY IRISH VALENTINE DINNER

A fund raising dinner to send the Mueller's daughter, Savannah, to Scotland/Ireland for gymnastic competition

Guinness Fondue with Shrimp-Large succulent shrimp wrapped in pancetta and roasted, button mushrooms, and homemade soda bread. Then a combination of Guinness stout beer with the tangy flavors of farmhouse cheddar cheese whisked together in perfect harmony.

NW Pear & Cashel Blue Cheese Cream and Walnut Salad-Succulent Northwest pears peeled, cored and stuffed with Cashel Blue cheese and spices. Served on fresh herbal organic greens lightly glazed in a lemon vinaigrette dressing and garnished with toasted walnuts.

Chose of one Entree

Jameson Top Sirloin Steak- Fresh natural top sirloin lightly seasoned and oven seared.  Laced with a cream of Jameson whiskey with a light infusion of coffee. Finished with Champ mashed potatoes and Britney style vegetables with a dill butter.

Bristol Bay Coho Salmon- It's not salmon unless Captain Charlie caught it! Lightly seasoned salmon fillet oven slow roast to perfection. Then with a delicate lemon hollandaise sauce draped ever so lightly across the top. Finished with Champ mashed potatoes and Britney style vegetables with a dill butter.

Irish Cream Chocolate Dipped Shortbread & Berries-This is one of Savannah's favorites and you soon will be a fan too! Buttery rich shortbread cookies passed down from several generations of Sawyer family (Babs). Will be plated up with seasonal fresh berries and fruit with a warm bath of delicious chocolate Irish cream dream.

$65.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity)
