Local rock bands beg The Swiss for a spot on their weekend stage. Good luck with that. The Swiss, a 1913 historic landmark, hosts the most popular cover bands every weekend, always with a line out the door. The front room, middle dance floor space and back game room are all packed with 20- to 30-somethings looking to hook up. It's a target rich environment, as they say.
The Afrodisiacs play Friday and Kry on Saturday.
