The hip-hop movement began in New York in the late '70s. Forty years later, well, here it is. Everywhere. Even Milton. Every Friday DJ QuietStorm spins hip-hop - old school amd the latest - while 30-somethings shoot pool, hang out in half-moon booths and strut their packed stuff in short skimpy tight dresses at Bud's Saloon. The martinis are served in plastic cups. Everyone is smiling. Live rap breaks out regularly. Ladies receive 99-cent wells, with $5 Hennessys for guys before 10:30 p.m. It takes off at 11 p.m.
