Dannie Neitzelt is a smooth operator, even more so when off the clock from her barista gig for Tully’s.

We found her Monday night at Top of Tacoma Bar enjoying a new cocktail she just made up, the Dolly (as in Parton).

Neitzelt is a smart shopper. She doesn’t waste her coin — most of her Monday outfit came from Target and Old Navy. Newly added red highlights set off her cut by Stephanie at Angelo Mendi Boutique Salon (1st and Tacoma Avenue, $150) with a black headband for added style. Killer silver disc earrings were a Target steal at $12. Cream-colored scarf keeps her neck warm over black Mossimo tee ($12) with retro inspired cowboy shirt ($6). Black Converse ($20, Fred Meyer) peek out from beneath hunter green cotton pants ($24). Silver bangle is a family heirloom.
