Amy Reinke
Stylin' at Cake

Cute and smart describes the outfit and the girl.
Amy Reinke pauses for the pose in between helping customers at Cake on phone and on foot; her own feet are encased in what I thought were crazy expensive cork-sole wedges that turned out to be from (she was almost embarrassed to say it in front of her boss) Target! — though the majority of her outfit did actually come from the University Place boutique she calls her workplace until she devotes her time to studying engineering at UW.
She pairs her “in-between a gaucho and shorts” linen bottoms by Mima Chica with a Free People hoodie, “More like a tunic hoodie, I would say,” she defines.
Her tank is a dresser-drawer find from home, while her necklaces — one charm is a St Christopher medal from Hawaii, while the other is a Henry David Thoreau quote — don’t just look good, but they have meaning as well.
“I never take them off,” she admits.
