Hair meets martial arts

Because you have to love a hair place that uses the word “Lounge” in its name, because you love a fashion/hair show, and because you love altruistic work, you need to go to the Hair Lounge in Federal Way on Saturday, July 14, from noon to 5 for “Show and Tell.”
The Hair Lounge is known for its kickin’ events and fab hair internationally as documented at www.hairlounge. com.
Saturday’s event is being coordinated with The Academy of Kempo Martial Arts (next door to the Hair Lounge) and will include an art show with 24 artists in attendance, DJ, barbecue, self defense demonstrations and participation, silent auctions, and much more, with a portion of proceeds going to benefit Charlotte Simon, a 3-year-old from the Phillippines with Leukemia.
